If delivery exceeds the forecasted time, contact us for assistance.
Unable to Deliver
For lost packages, we'll resend at our expense. If the carrier can't deliver due to address issues, a $19 restocking fee plus shipping costs will apply.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for customs and taxes. Fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
Damages
For damaged orders, file a claim with the carrier. Retain packaging materials for claims.
Returns will be subject to a restocking fee.
Ensure your address details are complete. For undelivered packages, a restocking and return fee will be charged.
